01 General Terms & Conditions

Supabaji (supabaji.net) is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Supabaji and all its users ("Members").

These terms and conditions are governed by Bangladeshi law and applicable international regulations. Supabaji reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

• By using the Supabaji platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• You are betting for yourself and from your own account — not on behalf of anyone else.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Supabaji's services are not a substitute for professional betting activities or financial planning.

02 Account Registration

An account is required to place bets or play games on Supabaji. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Each person may only register one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your account is for personal use only—sharing it with anyone else is not permitted.
• Keeping your password confidential and maintaining the security of your account is solely your responsibility.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

03 Age Verification & Eligibility

Supabaji is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use the platform, and any account that fails age verification will be closed immediately.

• You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration.
• Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• If a minor is found to be using another person's account, that account will also be closed.
• Citizens of restricted countries or regions may not register.

Withdrawals may be restricted until age verification is complete. Supabaji enforces this policy without exception to ensure responsible gaming.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Supabaji supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳300.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to process.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Deposited funds must not come from illegal sources. Supabaji reserves the right to report any money laundering or suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Supabaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• The required wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after claiming a bonus.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to wagers placed with bonus balance.
• Bonuses will be forfeited in cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent claims.
• Supabaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Supabaji at all times. Every member is obligated to comply with these rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in the case of live betting.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system or software error will be considered void.
• Bets may be suspended or voided if there is any suspicion of match-fixing or manipulation.
• Each betting category has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• Any bets placed before a loss of internet connection will remain valid.
• Supabaji reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns.

Sports Betting follows the rules specific to each sport. Casino games use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Supabaji platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Hacking an account or gaining unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing or threatening other members or staff.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Accessing the platform via VPN or proxy from a restricted country.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Supabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violating any provision of these Terms.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the member requests account closure themselves.

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be refunded within 3–5 business days, though this may be delayed during an ongoing investigation. Bonus balances are non-refundable.

09 Responsible Gambling

Supabaji takes responsible betting seriously. We believe betting should be entertainment—not an addiction. To support that, we offer a range of tools and features.

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake per bet.
• Session time limit: set your own limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-off period: take a break anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account permanently or for a set period of time.
